$12,650 pp sharing in Double/Twin - 4 guests’ group. 
$11,250 pp sharing in Double/Twin - 8 guests’ group.

To confirm booking and reserve your spot, a $3000 non-refundable deposit is required. The final payment will be due no later than October 15, 2024.

• Park and Ngorongoro Conservation area entrance fees as required as per your itinerary 

• 1 half-day Crater tour and Ngorongoro Crater service fee(s) x 1 

• Dinner, bed, and breakfast on the day of arrival 

• Meals and accommodation in lodges/camps on safari as per your itinerary 

• Unlimited mileage on game drives 

• Private use of 4x4 safari vehicle 

• The services of a dedicated professional safari guide 

• Selection of Snacks, hot and cold drinks in your safari vehicle 

• Medical evacuation facilitation fees, (only valid in combination with International medical evacuation cover). 

• Pickup from Kilimanjaro International airport (JRO) on arrival into Tanzania 

• Flights from Seronera Airstrip to Arusha Airport, inclusive of the required airport taxes and fuel supplement; according to your itinerary

 Notes:

• Luggage is restricted to 15kg (33 pounds) per person maximum and must be in a soft bag/s including camera equipment and carry-on luggage 

• Passengers weighing more than 100kg (220 lbs) must advise us well in advance of travel as an extra seat will have to be costed into the package for safety purposes. 

• All scheduled and charter flights are subject to availability until the safari has been confirmed and invoiced
